I (the user) understand that the Minister Connections job-board system is a free service offered by Texas Baptists. However, resume distribution is not directed by Texas Baptists employees; I understand that each church is locally autonomous, therefore Texas Baptists and its staff is in no way involved in the selection of ministers/pastors; I understand that churches seeking resumes through this system assume the responsibility of properly vetting applicants and performing their own background checks.

Ethical statement on privacy and confidentiality
By registering for and using this platform, users commit to upholding the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality in accordance with Christian principles of integrity and stewardship. All personal data, professional information, resumes, contact details, and any other information accessed through this site shall be treated as confidential and used solely for legitimate ministry purposes within the Texas Baptist community.

Users agree not to distribute, share, reproduce, or otherwise disseminate any information obtained from this platform to external parties without explicit written consent from the information owner. This commitment extends to all forms of communication and media, recognizing that faithful stewardship of entrusted information reflects our calling to be trustworthy servants.
